Rocking Bow

Dhanurasana, bow pose, is perfect for stretching your back and lifting your body and is practiced in several types of yoga. You can choose to keep your bow stationary or rock back and forth. I finally mastered this pose a couple of nights ago while attending a hot yoga class. I wore a Material Girls’ Short-Sleeve Floral-Print top and shorts from Aeropostale’s Live Love Dream Collection.
